Hey,

I’m looking for the Fediverse alternative of Strava. Something which could :

I’ve found those, but:
wanderer.to -> not really to record workouts, running etc. This looks like to have a catalog of trail maps
intervals.icu -> not with ActivityPub
Fittrackee.org -> not with ActivityPub, and looks only for travelling sports, not for sports without maps.
Have you any clue ?

The closest i know is a selfhosted strava clone called Endurain- docs.endurain.com I have not had time to look into it yet so im not sure what it is build on.

I use endurain but mostly to backup my Garmin activities.

It’s nice, lots of development and efforts and very polished.

This would be pretty cool, if you build it I’ll come :)

I moved away from Strava when they first started putting stuff behind a paywall, and just keep everything inside Garmin. But can’t stand that they’ve come up with connect+ BS

I’m not remembering the exact name, but there is a self hosted “FindMy” alternative type thing. I’m pretty sure it includes breadcrumb style tracking and a whole bunch of other datapoints. Could probably just reference the csv from an interface designed for runners.

No quite Fedi, but could be incorporated…

I like RunnerUp on Fdroid

I use FitoTrack, which I found on FDroid. It’s reliant on third parties (Mastodon, etc) for sharing, but it does all that.

I use FitoTrack, seems to track walking/running the best. Haven’t tried it with other workout types though

I use wanderer.

It works fairly well to document and organize my hikes.
